A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or the full fee will be charged.

First appointment: 1¼ hours (£75 / conc. £70)
Subsequent appointments: 1 hour. (£70 / conc.£65)
Manual Lymphatic Drainage: All appointments 1½ hours. (£95)

During all first appointments a full case history will be taken. All information is treated as fully confidential.
Guidelines for clients
- It is best not to eat heavy meals or drink alcohol on the day of treatment. Have a light meal at least one hour before your session.
- For Shiatsu treatment wear loose clothing, preferably cotton, such as a track or jogging suit.
- For Craniosacral Therapy please bring a pair of clean socks.
- If applicable, have details of current medical diagnosis and any medication you may be taking.
- Frequency and total number of sessions will vary depending on the individual client.
